Okay. So most of you know we still have popular.
Most of you also know this doesn't help much at ALL, mathematically less than 2% if you have been mingling for more than one day.
SO I think that we should get rid of popular. I think it would be beneficial to most of us.
SO I think we should get Agile. It would raise everyone's skill substantially, and for some of us that is a GREAT thing. For some of us we'd rather now. HOWEVER I would also like to offer to Upgrade anyone with a higher attack/lower skill item for anyone who doesnt want the skill for reasons like dragon slaying.
I have a few 216a SMs that wont have as much skill as the amini you are wearing, while still adding a bunch of attack. Better all around.
Anyways, I would like to do this because Agile is one of the main things that the major clans have, and it would make us more appealing to newcomers, as opposed to something that will only help them for a day or two.
I value your opinions and would love to hear feedback.

I am fine with that...but what do we actually have now??
I like the extra backstabs...and extra slots.
but popular does not do to much as far as I am concerned so I am all for it.

Well, I can definitely see replacing Popular, but frankly I'd rather have both Trader and Merchant than whichever one we currently have and Agile. Frankly I tend to view skill as "That thing that makes beasties mezz me!"

Right now we have popular, quick, and trader. Hermy if we did it that way we would all lose a bunch of quests every day. I could hook you up with a whole bunch of merchant gear if you want stuff to make your pack bigger? You were the main person I was thinking of when I offered to replace some of your gear with higher a/d stuff and lower s.

Well, I'd take you up on it but I don't see how it could be done. I mean, my main fight-the-dragon character is Hermione and you know what she's got as a righty! And she's just at the level where switching to Agile would put her over 2500 skill, which is the limit for Dragon-Mezzing. On the other hand, I mostly fight the dragon 1) for marks and 2) for oils, and currently, thanks to you, I'm doing quite well in that regard. So I guess it wouldn't hurt to skip the Dragon-fighting for a while. Yup, I've talked myself into it. Go ahead!

I'm all for the switch. When I was a newbie, I went looking for clans that had Quick & then I looked for things like agile & strong & stubborn so I'm for anything along those lines. I have become rather fond of the Trader. Anything that helps me gain stats is a very good thing in my mind (that's why Quick is so valuable -- not to mention the increased odds of goodies!). I've noticed that the extra backstabs mean I am gaining more charm & guts besides getting the extra spots in my pack I've got tons of skill, but the Dragon doesn't try to mez me much. I have a few sages & I just attack & it doesn't seem to use up very many sages. Of course if I use my sages first in Azteca, then I go thru a couple fairies..... Being real fast means going first usually, so I also like fighting the Dragon with a panic item. When it is panicked, it doesn't try anything funny & just uses a seltzer to heal itself.

Oh, yes, not disputing that at all. Vertigo, I'm wearing a silver masa only a LITTLE lower in stats than Potter's... member? Hee hee, I won a haiku contest even though YOU were in it too! I don't know why I'm so pleased about that, normally I'm not that competitive, but, hey, there you are. I can be a selfish wench when you get right down to it.

When you fight the dragon it gives you the option of trading. Pretty limited application, but some folk like it.

I like DSJs with Dragon... But not for the ability, just for the heck of it. Vert, I know you'll make a good choice. IMO, I really like Agile because it makes an only reg suit nicer than it would be without. Lol and it would make an all tique suit nicer as well..lol oh well. But I mean that with a reg suit you can get more skill...or something. Someone make sense out of this, I just lost my nose I'm so confused!

I'll check in the library. Ooo, look at these books! Maybe his nose got trapped in one of them when it was snapped shut. I'd better check them all out. *hums happily*
