I was talking to a couple Gryffindorians, and we came to the conclusion that it would be nice to have 4 clan powers instead of 3. So we're going to make a push for 3000 power. To do this, we will need help from our members, our allies, and a few odd strangers. Members (and any who will be joining us for the push) should make sure that they play all of their characters within a week of July 4th and spend as much time before then as possible ranking and leveling up their characters.
*For this occasion, I will be temporarily changing the clan power Agile to Popular*
Also any posts in the DC forums on our behalf would be very beneficial.
Post here if you are with us for the push and/or have ideas to help us get there.

Another point, If you want to give quick power to your chars a good idea is to tithe them to level 29. It only takes about 5 minutes, and if you would like I will supply 500k DS's for each character who wishes to do so (up to an extent) so PM the chars you are doing this with and i'll send them striaght out. Cheers v3

Verti, if you're still doing that, I have two new characters for this drive that could take advantage of it. Ptolemy and TheLeewit. (Yes, yes, I know, I'm a nerdette. We've been over that before.)

I'm switching the clan power merchant to trader... They both give 80 instead of 60 slots in your backpack, but while Merchant lets you sell things for about 5% more Trader gives you more trader skills. I'm thinking that with the free marks from Vert... *Nods head to and thanks Vert profusely* ... the extra trader skills would be more useful. Please feel free to complain if you are unhappy.

Only reason i dont like that idea is it makes it 5% harder for me to tithe, but I can get a Merchant DSJ or something fairly easily, so no biggie.

But neither did Merchant, so no change there.

Is this new power adding backstabs to our daily total? Every character I have played has more. Example.....show 10 backstabs as my total but can use 15?

Actually, I think they both do And yes, Tri, based on your character level, Trader adds additional trade guild skills (backstab and swindle) to the amount that you can use at no cost to your stats. The extra skills do not count for calculating position on the lists, as increase to defense(usually 1 trader skill = +1 defense), or to calculations for dicing and fleeing. Just more backstab/swindles. I still think it is better for us than +5% for selling. Vert let me know if you want any more silvers, I have a few more stacked up. Also, I haven't seen anywhere that anyone has yet tried stacking merchant and trader.... It might be good to find out if having both would give 100 spaces in the backpack. If anyone has(Or is about to have ) equipment with merchant on it, please let me know if your backpack size is increased to 100 while you have it on. Thank you.

that is cool....I like the free backstabs a LOT more than an extra 5% for selling items.
I don't have any trader items.....but i know I have sent some to dawnie

Yeah I always have a trader gear on my body, so I get 100 backpack slots. It helps me make sure I dont go over 100 total and lose stuff. Cause that way if it says Pack overload, i know it REALLY means it.. not that I have 84 and not in trouble of losing anything. Personally Im good with whatever. I'll just trade in my Trader DSJ for a merchant one.

Wait, so having trader AND merchant gives you 100 spaces in your backpack instead of 80 or 60? If that is so we may want to perminantly have Quick, Trader, Merchant, ...

Well that would be nice as far as the traders are concerned, but I'd much rather have Agile. I like the 10% increase in skill.

Well, if this push works, we can have Quick, Agile, Trader, and Merchant. Lol. Wasn't that the point of it?
