I love reunions of all kinds especially the meeting of minds when long-time members get internet and play again (at being a suffraget? Lol, what rhymes, here?)

A sufragette? As in Sufragette City? I love David Bowie and I'm trying to be witty...

Imps giggling in the laundry room Boggarts perch on the clock Faeries trip through the bedroom Basilisks lurking in the wok
No, I do not imbibe peculiar mushrooms of yore I just ken unbelievable things The factual critters of lore...

Our old rhymster returns and in time to learn that a new bard has joined so lest his title be purloined new posts must we see! (and then happy we'll be)

How delightful, someone new? With whom to banter playful words? My Hermy, you must tell me who Has joined our band of merry nerds? Sure, Irishman, that full-mooned elf, Has tossed down verseful gloves Unless he has eclipsed himself From the Pub he dearly loves? Well then, if this spring lamb has chops The makings of a poet I forfeit he or she the props And beg they come and show it.

Could this be true? Say 'not', my friends This isn't how this story ends Been gone so long yet come to see The last rhyme writ was wrote by me
Nostalgic for the bygone day When Gryffindor's used words to play And cunning tongues won mighty praise Does no one care to turn a phrase?

I'll try and flip a rhyme or maybe just a pantomime Oh heck. (eats a dime)
Ok lets see if I can remember a limerick I made up.
There once was a boy named Charlie, who liked to eat cracked barley. He slipped on a rock, and severed his...TOE, and never again rode his Harley. (how's that for random?)
And..
There once was a man named Sam. Who liked to tickle his clam. He was caught on a moat, while fondling a goat, and is now with a cow on a dam.

I have to write a poem soon for English class, a poem about a bird or a loon, no; I'd rather pass.
