Too bad, today I have carrots/celery for snacks(and some oatmeal raisin cookies I "borrowed"
Fer Dinner> I have baked Salmon with spinach and peppers!

Ive had a strange day today, salmon would have helped raise my mood, , but got no time to eat for lunch, and only corns for diner!

Today I will make Spaghetti for dinner... Well actually, angel hair pasta, with my homemade sauce...(sausage, peppers, onions, mushrooms, and hamburger. Oh and of course, seasoning)

Today, since Chris is playing poker tonite, I am going to male that lemon herb talapia I got in the freezer, and mabye some broccoli with margarine and garlic....mmmm..

LOL... I didn't end up eating anything last nite..Was to tired after working out on my treadmill, and playing with the dog.
Today, I need to get creative with dinner, as I dont have crap in the house to make.

Yep, I didn't eat last nite either. Chris worked late, then did a side job, and didn't get home till after 12:00...

Today, I have the headache from hell. It's bad enough to kinock out a horse. The advil is not touching it, and I gotto stare at this computer screen all day...*sigh*..
Anyway, Today, I also hope everyone has a great holiday weekend.

Today, as in just after midnight this morning, I found out that my wife has Cancer. She was diagnosed and informed at 8pm last night. She's gonna need surgery, so any prayers will we welcome.
