OK, I've been working on a tabeltop RPG system for about a year now, but still need to name it. I want to call it "Opus," and I want opus to be an acronym. So far I have the 'u' and the 's' standing for Universal System, which it is, but I need something for the 'O' and the 'P' and I want something that actually makes a little bit of sense. The system uses playing cards instead of dice, can be played with any kind of setting and content, and is really simple and portable. I'll try and come up with some kind of DC reward for anyone who gives me an idea that I use or strongly consider. I really need your help, and I think you guys can pull it off!

I'd say something like 'Originally/Originator Proposed Universal System' or if you have any 'O's by chance in your name, just use it instead of 'Originally', which looks a little bit weird in here OR it could be something like 'Offering Player an Universal System' - maybe sounds to technical (sorry, worked couple of years as a programmer), OR use 'P' for the player, which sounds reasonable enough for this type of acronym

Omni-Playable? No, that's rather redundant. I hesitate to use "ordinary" but, "Ordinary Peoples' Universal System"? Hm.

Let's see. Optimal, or maybe optimized might be workable with the right 'p.' I'm not sure about the 'p,' though. Logical words that seem like they would fit in would be participation or player, but I still haven't put it all together.

Hm, p-words, then? Participation, perfection, profuse, peppy, popular, polarized, permissable, prominent, phenomenal, pheromonal... lol, p-words as they come to me aren't much use. I'm resigning from this brain-storming session.
