so how are you all doing? thought i would drop by and say hei. exams are coming towards me way to fast it feels like soon they are here what to do??? i have bin stupid and lazy at school as allways so i have no idea how the exams will go.i just beat the boys i train in volleyball 5of them vs me haha they got pwned!!!! coach is best all know this. training a lot of strength and my knee is actualy geting better i can jump yey but not very high tho. but come on jumping is jumping right?
how are you all doing? kinda missed some of you guys. not gona say names you know who you are .

Wow, I was up in Alaska recently and my goodness, you get a lot of sun come summers that far North!
Exams for a mid-year or what? I'm sure you can do well if you put your mind to it. Look at how much your English has improved since we first met! If you can do it with English you can do it with any subject.

powerlifting by that you mean weights? if so then yes i do. like 4 times a week or so. exams like before christmas

no other sport for me. well beachvolleyball tho but that is allso volleyball. volleyball is just the greatest sport ever. i do play mabe basketball or other sports with friends tho but don't train to be good at them.

I like to WATCH beach volleyball, especially when it is co-ed. Seeing how athletic you MUST be to play wears me out though.

The net is a fishing net held up at the bow and stern by tying it to oars held upright by two warrior types, shouting, 'Get some ball, you fainting pansies!'

yeah running in the sand is realy heavy thats true and with only 2 players on the court you hafto work all the time. but i train every day so i am in pretty good shape. and i think the vikings would have owned all others in volleyball. tall guys who where in good shape from whooping some english butt. i missed talking about vikings and stuff with you herm
