Name: Ky'Jin

Gender: Unkown
Head Librarian; teaches Research classes as well as the occassional class in a specialty school
Schools: Master level in all specialty schools; apprentice to novice level in elemental schools.

Ky'Jin is a mysterious figure; (s)he has been at the academy for as long as anyone there can remember. (S)he always wears a simple dark brown robe and a white, oval mask with no slits or openings in it of any kind. His/her long black hair is always done up in a complex braid behind his/her head and held in with four long, thick needles, in an 'x' pattern. His/her appearance and voice is completely gender-neutral. (S)he is always in the library except on the rare occasion that (s)he is asked to teach a class in one of the specialty schools or in magical research, or is asked to substitute for a proffessor, though (s)he never teaches elemental classes, having almost no ability with those schools. Ky'Jin's classes are known for being extremely difficult, but equally rewarding to those students who are diligent.

Michaelys is a young boy, he has brown hair pulled back over his ears, with a short braid down past his neck. He has piercing blue eyes, hidden behind heavy lidded brows. He is slender, although not weak. He prefers to keep to himself. He rarely makes friends, but when he does, he is loyal throughout. He is interested in the study of spiritual beings, as well as esoteric incantations.

Schools-- amatuer in alteration, inspirational/motivational speeches and poetry
Any additional background or description you would like-- With violet eyes and light blue hair, Sky is very remarkable for hsi appearance, he loves the outdoors thus very athletic and tanned. He practices swordplay. He is of average height and a slim build. loving life and everything about it, he makes friends easily and changes people for the better.

Age: 13
Just arrived, having been told she WILL be a student and if it kills her, try not to take the classroom out with her.
Gender: Female
Schools: Fire and Water are the only two she's had anything to do with so far. When she's introduced to the others, we'll have to see. With Fire and Water she doesn't seem to have any trouble accessing the energies, but controlling them is a different matter entirely...
Background: Thinks magic is, well, cheating. Inclined to be quite resentful that she seems to have enough of it to require teaching, and varies between wanting to hurry up and finish her studies quickly so she can get on with "real life" and being reluctant to have anything to do with it, including learning.

Any additional background or description you would like--Noir was made by her father to come to school to master her magical abilities due to many...er...mishaps, including lodging a disliked teacher in a tornado, holding him there and giggling.
Noir hates injustice but is a little dismissive of her tendency to go around authority.
She has black hair, dark eyes and a crooked grin.

Name: Sylvia De Torrent
Age: Rumored to be three days older than dirt
Gender: Female
Faculty: Teacher - Water based subjects only
Schools: Master level in Rituals and Runes; Master level in water based subjects for all fundamental schools. Master level in Water Majic.

Sylvia De Torrent has been at the Academy for over 20 years, but in all that time no one has seen her clearly. When you look at her she is either shrouded in mist/fog or it's like looking at someone under water. It is rumored that you can only see her clearly if she is angry, though, no one alive can seem to confirm this. She wears tights, boots, a shirt and cape of the same seemingly wavering shades of blue/green. He shin is pale and her coral colored hair seems to float around her head. She moves silently and swiftly through the halls from class to class and really enjoys teaching.

Background: Charles is a very optimistic and care free person. His nick name is Monkey. He loves animals and nature. He always has his puppy near him. He is far from shy and loves being outside. He loves to have a good times and thinks violence is pointless.
Charles is fairly tall and athletic. He has short black hair and his eyes are completly black. He also has a scar over his left eye.

Baurus is a quiet but caring and nice guy. He left at age 16 to join a war and was Hailed as The Flaming Sword, and the Crimson Flash. He is very loyal to his friends and allies.
He is average height and build with a diagonal scar on his right cheek.

Student or Faculty-- newly arrived, has known some of the professors for quite some time through family.
Schools-- novice in water and air, experimented a bit with earth, none with fire.
Any additional background or description you would like-- brigid has dark brown hair and eyes a mottled colour that seem to encompass blue, green, grey, and brown, changing proportions and patterns seemingly at random. she is quiet, uncomfortable in large groups of people she doesn't know, and is always carrying a large, handstitched book with an intricately designed cover. upon arriving at her new school, she immediately started exploring for out-of-the-way spots, usually outside, and can generally be found in those, quill in hand and book open.
