Hello Everyone!

Good Morning!

Vyn invited me to come visit, and I'm glad I finally did!

Some of the names here I know, and I hope to meet the rest of you soon.

For those that don't know me, I'm Digger, Or PansieMan. I've used both names in DC, along with others too. I'm not picky about what you call me.

I've been a part of DC since I don't know when. Quite a while, anyway. I used to be a lot more active than I am now. I've pretty much given up on DC. I find 'Kingdom Of Loathing' to be a more enjoyable game for me.

I am a Moderator for DC. I keep the boards clean. Or at least I do when I stop by, which isn't often.

I'm an old guy. (I turned 40, last May)

I used to teach Advanced Math and Physics to High School students.

I really like meeting people, and having nice conversation. I'm not really one for just goofing around, but I do enjoy fun. I just like things that make you think a little bit too.

Since I sort of lost my last 'home', I'd like to find a new place to hang around and chat. This looks really promising!

Welcome, my friend, I hope that you visit often! I am in the middle of revamping the forum and trying to clean it up a bit too, so if there are any bugs that you have a problem with be sure to let me know! Also we lack in those serious threads that you are talking about simply because there are not many people to join in the discussion but if you want to start one I would love to join it!

Me too, Although I've a bit o' an accent, no, no I do, I'm told. I enjoy a serious discussion as much as th' next man. 'Slong as ye don' mind a jest or jape 'er two. Im not too far behin' ya in the age department, but I've a zest fer life tha' surpasses me apparent elderliness, lol.

How come you didn't tell me that you had a membership in clan Gryffindor? Then you wouldn't have had to use up 5 pages writing to me via DC mail.

Am really interested in String Theory....how many dimensions are you rooting for? 10...11...infinite? Would love to find a good book on it...written for the layperson. Any suggestions? I just love physics!! And, it kills me that my math skills won't allow me to keep up some of the explanations

Let me know when you'll be back and we'll try to be here. Oh this is just too amazing. It's so hard to have a conversation when you can't use java chat rooms. But, here it would be easy.

And, don't worry DS, as Digger has PLAINLY POINTED OUT in the TP, my "Math Skills Suck" LOL He is, of course, WRONG, _{bad, mean, insufferable, mean, harsh, mean, AND he thinks girls have cooties. so there! ;D (oh, I kill me!)}

Darn, and now I just noticed that Digger is floating around with a prime number of exalts so am compelled to exalt him, even though (see above).
