Some DC info

I would like to extended a worm hand, It is nice to be apart of a clan again. I have been out of the DC loop for about 6 months and I have seen their are many changes that have gone on. So in other words I am now lost IN the way the game is played. I have noticed the Aztec is a new place to be and have started to get things from their, but I have no clue what is good or not now.

I am a Lv 31 I think could be 32. I also noticed the viewing of things are different and you have things like ( @= ) in front of weapon and armor. are they good to have their?

Welcome to the clan! Azteca is currently the most difficult area to quest in, should be no prob for your level. A = sign in front of your gear's stats shows that it has some special skill or has had a scroll applied or is oiled. Rust is a major problem now. Oil prevents rusts, as does The Queen's Blessing. Just to further clarify what Wahoo said, the @ symbol in front of an item means it's been rusted, which is what we call it when a weapon or other item loses some stat points.
In the "Room of Requirements", there's a section called Armory. In it one of the first threads is "If you want to donate, read". It has a list of items you can get from just about everywhere in the game, exclusive of two-handed weapons, and some stats next to them. If you find something with lower stats, it's probably not worth saving or trading or keeping. Anything significantly higher, hang on to!
Other quick things:
You can now find clan abilities on weapons. You must be WEARING the item to activate the ability, and as far as I know they don't stack. However, they do make trade sweeteners, and double or triple rares are nice things to hang on to!
Silvers are still worth quite a bit
The "Wheel of Fortune" shows up every once in a while; I don't think there's anything you can do to trigger it coming, but where you are when it shows up will have some effect on the items it gives you to choose from. Diamonds are only available from the Wheel.
You can remove the @ sign from an item by having it polished, but that does not restore lost stat points.
In the TP, "UR" stands for unrusted

In Azteca, jaguars can mez you. There's a new skill you can buy from the guild called "Sage" which lets you anticipate & avoid being back-stabbed, hypnotized, or ietsu'd, if you aren't trying to use a different skill yourself when it happens.
Also in Azteca, the anacondas occassionally try to munch on flaming or glowing items you're wearing, and if they run away after eating anything, and you can't catch or kill them, you lose the item!
Also, put 5 snake oils or fish oils on all items you like that you wear; when snakes eat stuff, they rust them OR remove 1 oil (you can put it back on later, oils stack up to 5)
Same deal overnight; instead of rusting something, one oil will be removed. If you're in the clan and need marks to pay for the Queen's Blessing (Prevents rust), post in the "Gringott's Bank" thread in the "Room of Requirement" area.

Got to the Clan Armory and talk nice to Dawniegirl, she will help you out with gear. ;D upgrades. She also has a list of the minimum requirements to donate to the Clan. I printed that list off and pretty much use it and the Highstats list to determine if what I've found is worth keeping.

Go To Gringotts and ask the clan banker Virtigo for $$$ and he will send you a few mil. if you need it.

Rind is the clan medic....go to him for Gold Apples, Necterines,
and the like.

Frizzer is the Clan Enchanter....If you find an especially nice weapon....send it to him WITH A NOTE and he will enchant it for you ;D

Dathron is the clan Oil Baron, go to him to keep your gear nice and clean.

Welcome back, I came back a couple of months ago after taking a year off and was totally lost. Thank God for the great people in this clan.

Oh, if you have any gear/weapons with glow or flames on them do NOT attack/fight the annacondas in Azteca....they will eat it and run off with it. *sniff, sob* as I know ONLY TOO well.....
