hermione - trust me, it's hard sometimes, especially since before i messed my wrists up i was the one who sorted all the book shipments, so i got first crack at everything.. oh man. there were definitely times when i'd be hiding back in the warehouse with something that caught my eye reading the first chapter or three.. but after two years or so you get used to having to pry yourself away from everything to get your job done.

Do you? Or do you simply learn enough new authors to follow that you get reassured there'll always be something good coming out... lol, nah, you'd need a personal time warp to take care of all of them. I'll just stick with admiring from afar! |

yeah, there's way too many books and not enough time. but at least i don't have to buy them all - one of the best things about working at a borders is their policy of letting you check books out for 2 weeks at a time, just like a library.. even brand new books. woo!
